All right I looked her over! She seems well rounded in her personality so far! And I like her physical description, all I have to suggest is more things to add and make her more complex!
I suggest describing her body type more!
Since she's judgmental, what does she usually judge in other people? And does she's judge herself to the same standards?
Is there a certain reason she's passionate about woman's rights? Like a past event?
How did the murder of her friend affect her life? Is she more sad about it or vengeful?
If you'd like you could add what type of formal clothes she wears, her favorite clothes, etc.
Since she sees the world in black and white, does she see more good or evil?
