Natural sounding fantasy names in a modernish fantasy

So my book is somewhat of a modern fantasy story set in our world but with a secret magical society. This secret society extends into different planes of existence with magical beasts and dangerous worlds.

When it comes to naming my characters I was having some trouble on finding names that sound normal enough while also being kinda exotic and unusual. I struggle the most with last names, I think mine are bit too simple and short.

Some names I was thinking of for the main cast are:

Lillian Grey
Zahra Tiesh
Flynn Fjort
Cass Sang
Zachary (with a really long, multi-named middle and last names)
William Fjort

If you're looking for names with meaning I suggest looking at translations of a word and it's synonyms… There are many different websites where you can type a word in and then look at the equivalents in about a hundred different languages.

I often use baby name sites or name meaning sites… I'm in the same boat as you in trying to create some last names for my characters… still unsure if I really want to add last names, because I imagine my story to be animated one day and Avatar: the Last Airbender didn't have any last names xD. And I also try making them up myself from scratch and I use Google Translate to try sounding out what I'm going for. It can get kinda fun, silly, and surprising! ^u^
