Oh, so the top? The straps rest on her shoulder, but pushed over a bit. The top piece is where her breasts are, and they are pretty large (XD). A flame looking piece come from the left breast, then raps around to her right hip.

Oh, regular human arms, but with a little muscle on the,her shoulders aren’t really broad, but a bit.
