You're an ancient Greek man coming home from 4 months of war to find your wife three months pregnant. You've now embarked on a quest with one goal: Punch Zeus in the face. Along the way you encounter a man in a similar situation, as two mortal men is better than one when you're against a god. A few villages over you encounter a woman who had relations with Zeus and was left with an angry half boar half man off-spring. She too feels your anger and decides to join your quest. By the time you reach mount olypmus you have a small army including angry mortals, demigods with daddy issues, mythical creatures with scores to settle, and a seamstress who is definitly not Hera in disguise_ what are you talking about.

Zeus never stood a chance.

So for this rp not everyone is going to be in every part so yall are gonna have to be paitent. I don't wanna have a super involved role so I'll be the wife, Zeus, and possibly an angry villager if I get bored. (btw if anyone has any tips on writing like Zeus or wants to rp as Zeus and is okay with me being kinda controlling over what you do sometimes then hit me up). I'll probably keep this open as we go along just cause there's the possibilty for so many characters.

Rules:

  1. Ask me before joining
  2. Please please please use correct grammar and punctuation and all that
  3. Don't control other people's characters without asking
  4. LGBTQ+ is both welcomed and encouraged
  5. Hate between the characters is okay, hate between each other is not (be nice guys)
  6. Try and make your characters diverse in personality, race, sexuality, etc. (No Mary/Gary Sues)
  7. Try and refrain from one-liners if you can
  8. If you have major plot ideas thats encouraged, just pm me about em
  9. Swearing is okay, try and keep it PG-13
  10. There probably isn't gonna be any romance in this rp. If you both really want it pm me and I'll probably let you
  11. This is supposed to be light and silly and fun so lets keep it that way

Personality: Nikoleta has a reckless streak a mile long that she jokingly blames on her father and tends to act on emotion rather than logic. She is compassionate and fiercely loyal.
Why you want to punch Zeus in the face: The bastard was responsible for impregnating her mother, who died in childbirth. Even though it really could have happened to anyone, the people in the village she was born in kind of kicked her out as soon as she could walk because "Her mother was unmarried, gASP! She must be the daughter of a god, and the mother's death was a warning! She's bad luck!" and so she blames him for not only her mother's death but also for her being kicked out.
Role: Demigod with daddy issues
Background: After being kicked out of her birth village, she was taken in by a family in a separate village. It was revealed through a lightning bolt burning something in the grass outside of her house(Zeus isn't super subtle lol) that she was, in fact, a daughter of the god, but thankfully only one person saw it. That person happened to be a blacksmith's apprentice and Nikoleta's best friend. Nikoleta started brooding and decided that she needed to talk to her dad. More specifically, her fist needed to talk to her dad. She went to her blacksmith friend and asked if he could make her an armor thing because she needed to go on…A QUEST!!! sick guitar riff He also made her a sword, because let's be honest, Nikoleta needed a weapon.
Other: Being a demigoddess, Nikoleta has a couple of superhuman abilities. Hers are air manipulation(not super strong or anything), better than normal memory, and a high alcohol tolerance(I feel like I can say this because I'm pretty sure that they drank at any age in ancient Greece, if you don't want her to have it then that's fine too)

I'm thinking of making the blacksmith's apprentice another character to use. Idk.

Appearance: Elianna has silver eyes that sparkle in the sunlight, she has tanned skin and shiny hazel hair cut up to her shoulders at an angle.
Personality: Her- I mean Eli, isn't as mean as any of the stories say, in fact, she is quite shy and nice. She would rather be studying books or making pottery than interacting with others, however, if you manage to piss her off… She becomes exactly like the stories, mean and very violent. Eli is very protective of her family and would do anything to keep them safe.
