Rain doesn't always make me happy but I do really like it. If it's very cold and/or windy and I'm alone on the way back from school and my umbrella breaks (like last week) then I don't like it so much XD I love rainy days when I'm at home though, because then I just make some tea and curl up on the couch to read and it's very cozy and nice. :)

One of my best friends loves rain and all my other friends are like "You're so strange rain is only good because then you can use your $60 umbrellas from the Umbrella Shop" to which I raise an eyebrow because why would you spend that much money on an umbrella, especially if the pattern looks like the one on my grandmother's sofa?

I live in the mystical land of Canada. XD

There's a shop that sells really expensive and supposedly good quality umbrellas (though I've never been so I wouldn't know). The name is literally "The Umbrella Shop" and all they sell is umbrellas. That's it. They're closing down though, so that's sad.

Um. I don't think so? I mean one of my best friends has been in French emersion since they started school so they're basically fluent in both French and English but they're not actually French so I don't think that counts.

I hate it (in movies and books especially) when something sad or dramatic happens, there's rain. I mean, sure, it helps set the mood, but why aren't there more happy rain moments? I don't know about you, but I've only ever seen, like, 2 or 3 happy rain moments.

In real life,I love the rain! It's so calm and relaxing. Even thunder! Some people might get scared since it's loud and stuff, but still! I feel like rain is almost always compared with sad moments, and I think it's getting a little bit too cliché…

I love rain!!! It affects me depending on my mood. On rainy days I like to take a shower then lay down on the couch and watch tv with my sister who is four.

And I hide in my blankets and read.

I love the rain, but I love petrichor more.
