I'm slightly pissed at the moment so I'm going to rant here if that's okay..
I hate how people are making fun of atheists. Some people can't control the religion they are apart of… Why is it such a big issue if you don't believe in a god? I'm polytheist so I really don't know how it feels, but it bothers me so much when I see hate on them. :/
I don't understand it either. If religions are supposed to be about saving people and loving them, why would they make fun of the people they're trying to "save"?
I'm not an atheist either, I'm a Christian, but I agree that making fun of them is hypocritical and just plain rude.
I think we also should be kind to everyone but "people can't control the religion they are a part of"? do you really think thats true? and if so… what is religion?
I think people CAN control the religion (or lack thereof) that they're apart of, they can choose it, they can refuse it, they can sometimes influence it. I also think that tolerance of all religions (or lack thereof) is a must!
Also, even though I'm Christian, sometimes Christianity drives me insane. A quick summary:
