This sounds like a pretty decent villain character. Their background is okay, revenge is a thing for a main antagonist, and the design looks a little bit intimidating. The character is okay and well thought out.

She reminds me a bit of a friendly doormat. Sure, she can care about her friends and family, but what about herself?
She's kind of a shoujo protag (goes to high school, cares a LOT about her friends and very polite).
The design is okay (though I would like to see it illustrated instead of getting a random pic of a girl on the internet), and the personality is kind of okay (??)
