Roleplaying

I know there are a few of these on here, but I really want to start my own, so here goes…?

Rules -

1. I don't enjoy (inappropriately) explicit content, so I'm not going to allow it here.
2. Use as many characters as you want! Though, please keep track of them. Also, please only use your characters, unless you were given permission to use someone else's.
3. Please do not force anything on another role-player or their characters. (such as having their character(s) and yours be involved in a romantic relationship, etc.) Ask for consent first!
4. Be respectful of other role-players, dislike their characters, not them. Also, if someone doesn't like a certain topic you are focusing on, (such as drug use or other illegal things) please try to be respectful of their triggers and or things they are bothered by.
5. Please ask me before joining! It would also be helpful if you set up a small description of your character(s).
6. No hate comments unless it is required of a character.

Uh… I can't seem to think of others that matter severely, so I guess that's it. (This may be updated pretty often if I can think up other rules)

How about we start with a scene in the forest when Emerald and Mitsig first meet? And then Mitsig meets Avika (who, by the way, is Emeralds best friend) and they argue? I dunno.

You all are allowed to join! :3 (jeez I didn't know people would be interested so fast) Also, I'll gladly start for us.

The setting is in a forest, which currently seems to be a peaceful atmosphere.

Zion is a figure with dark brown, wavy hair that reaches his neck and is very unkempt. His eyes are emerald green with slightly deep bags under them. He also has tan skin and a very chubby build, but slightly athletic; though it seems as if he's not too devoted to working out. He appears to be 5'9". He has a tattoo down his left arm and a double-ringed helix piercing on both of his ears. He has scars down his arms and hands as if he was handling thorns and other aspects of nature. His left thumb appears to have a prosthetic on it. He has a stubble and brown freckles everywhere on him. He has large pastel green angel wings and the tips fade into a dark green. He has grey wolf ears and tail, which are small in shape. He seems to be wearing a crop top and shorts. The lower part of his right leg appears to be a prosthetic as well. (My descriptions are all over the place I apologize aaa)

Mitsig creeps up. He is small in stature and smaller still by the way he huddles into himself. He is thirteen, but appears to be closer to ten or eleven. His hair is curly and dark, nearly black, and his eyes are gray –a sharp contrast. He has rich brown skin that is smudged up with dirt. His expression is hostile, but the way he holds himself seems to suggest fear. He starts to reach out to Zion, maybe to speak, but he falters. He is unsure.

Zion looks to Mitsig and smiles brightly. "Hiya!" He reaches out his hand for a handshake. "What's your name?" He seems to speak with a voice that cracks constantly, but his voice is filled with optimism.

Mind if I join? I've never done this before but looks fun! I'll use this character:

Suddenly, the sound of tree branch snapping disturbs the two of them. A ginger-haired girl with the ears, tail and claws of a fox comes crashing down onto the ground. "Owww…" She groaned, rubbing her head. "Well that sucked." She looked up at the two travelers, revealing her golden brown eyes from underneath her giant, round golden glasses. She appeared to be around 17. The bells adorning her pink bow accessories jingled faintly as stood up. Taking a good look at Mitsig and Zion, she asked, "Who the heck are you?"

Zion smiles brightly at the sight of her. "I'm Zion, but you can call me Z… or Zesty… or whatever you want! I actually have a lot of nicknames now that I think about it…" He starts to brush his stubble with his index finger. He then looks back to the girl. "What's your name?"

"Mitsig!" Mitsig interrupts with a smile, but he doesn't look either of them in the eye. He refuses to shake Zion's hand, but he seems friendly. "I –I'm Mitsig. I like –like –I like your ears." He gestures to the ears on each of their heads. His hand reaches as though he wants to touch it, but he stops himself in time.

Zion looks flattered. "Why thank you, kiddo!" He goes to sit on the ground and his hand brushes the grass lightly. He seems to start to play with a few bugs that have crawled on his hand, and he looks unfazed by the presence of these creatures.

Andy looked at the three people in front of him. He had cuts and scrapes on his face, having just cut his way through the forest to follow the voices he heard. His scruffy dirty-blond hair was slightly matted, and he ran his hand through it.
"Hey," he says softly, Australian accent coming through strongly. "I'm Andy." He turns to the person on the ground. "Who are you?"

"I'm Zion! It's nice to meet you." Zion says, as he carefully pets a ladybug.

"Zion?" Andy asks with a kind smile, pulling leaves from his hair. "Why are you here?"

"I don't know. I just decided to come to the forest… then I found other people here. What about you?"

"Looking for my family," Andy murmurs. "I'm sure I'll find them eventually." He grins a charming smile. "It's a cool forest, though. I saw a snake!"

"Ah. I hope you find them." His eyes wander. "Snakes are cool!"

Andy tilts his head. "You have a tail. Oh, sorry if that's rude."

"Nah, it's not rude." Zion giggles. "When I was younger, my parents didn't want it to be visible that I was part wolf, so they used a potion on me to hide my ears and tail. The potion wore off recently, as you can see."

"Oh. Well, your ears and tail are pretty neat. My oldest daughter can do magic, and my youngest son is part Symka. It's a creature from another universe. He has slitted pupils and is really flexible. As is my mate…" Andy leans down to pick up a stick on the ground, pulling out his machete and starting to sharpen it absentmindedly.

Zion smiles. "My husband–" His lip then quivers and his ears twitch. "Um… N-never mind…"

Andy sits on the ground, looking up, eyes round and kind. "Did something happen?"

"N-no–I'm just afraid to tell people that I'm in a relationship w-with a guy because… like… people like me get a lotta hate for it… especially where I'm from…" He says, and sets the bugs that were in his hands back on the ground, and he clasps his hands together tightly.
