Runaway (one on one // romance)

Alright. So, this is the basic idea: a girl who's never felt like she was in the right place. She hates it. It's not that she doesn't have a good life, it's actually quite nice. (coughs She has reasons to be found out later) So, she plans to leave. Leave the stupid town behind that has only ever kept her held down.

BUT WAIT Her best guy-friend has noticed something is up lately. He's worried, later noticing why he's so worried… Coughs again

So, basically lemme know if you want to join. I wanna talk about the plot in the pm before we start and expand upon the few words here. Uhh…. Oh yeah.

• We're gonna keep it around PG-13 to TV-14. So, pretty much no slut. Just… Yeah. Alright.
• I'm sure you've probably guessed it's a straight romance by now.
• I need responses that are longer than two sentences. Yes, three is fine. It's just really hard to come up with something and get the plot moving with simple dialogue and stuff.
• Uh, so just a sidenote: I'm pretty busy. I gots schools and all that jazz. So, please don't be stressed if you're busy too.
• I really want to try to work up chemistry and plot stuffs. So, pleasssseeee contribute. It's heckin hard one sided.

Alrighty. So, I figured the plot could be something like

• He figures out from her journal or something (I have no idea)
• She tries to explain to him that she doesn't want him to stop her
• They get into a fight or something on why she's leaving
• Maybe he confesses stuff or something
• She gives him a week to convince her to stay

This is just an beginning outline and stuff with tons of details in between, if you know what I mean. What do you think?)

Red's hair is what she is known for. She's had it constantly dyed red to avoid what seemed to be "boring brown." Of course, around her roots you can see what it used to be. Her eyes matched her old hair (although she wishes they'd match her new hair). They're a sort of chocolatey brown, the rich and dark kind: abyss of emotionless. Unless she smiled, that is. There was a light that lit up like the night sky when she did. She tends to wear makeup mainly because she feels so plain, and if there's anything she hates, it's being plain. She's pretty average in size for her age, a little skinnier than others. Her typical outfit consists of a black beanie, a band or printed t-shirt, ripped black jeans, and Converse black high tops. When she's cold, which is often, she's either wearing an oversized hoodie or a leather jacket. With all of this, she looks edgy. Very. Edgy.
Personality: Sometimes, she is edgy. It tends to be her first response to people. "If I push them off, they'll leave me alone." When they don't leave her alone (most do), she opens up a little. She still has that sharp sassy side, but she also tends to make more jokes and smile more. She's not exactly the happy-go-lucky kind. In fact, she's quite the pessimist.
Backstory: It's not the Red has had a bad life. It's actually quite the opposite. She still has both parents and two siblings who all adore her. They wish she would pick up a smile every once and awhile, but they love her for who she is. Her two siblings are both younger and still in elementary, unsure of where they are going and what they are becoming. Her parents both love each other very much. It's a household of love. Except for Red. Yes, they love Red, but Red doesn't love Red. She's always had a problem with that. What made it worse is that she knew she had no reason to be so "depressed." She had a happy life. So, people always told her she was ungrateful. Maybe she was. Or maybe it was something else. (More reasons coming later)
Likes: The color black. The smell of coffee. Music. Exploring. Living life.
Dislikes: Boring things. The taste of coffee. Hospitals. Cars. People. Herself. Being boring. Being plain.
Other: Well, I mean I don't think there's much else. She plans to leave when she turns 18.

Ash tends to wear black skinny jeans and converse, plain white or light grey shirts with a denim jacket over the top. He's around 6'3, very muscular and skinny, brown hair like in the picture above and pine green eyes with gold flecks.
Personality: When people first meet Ash he is closed off and reserved, almost mean and brooding. But in reality he is a major goofball, a hard worker, playful and kind as heck. He's been through a lot of shit and because of this he has trust issues and can come off as mean and sarcastic. he has a temper and can snap easily though he is in therapy to try and control it.
Backstory: Ash was a single child of two parents who loved him very much until he was about six years old. His mother cheated on his father and she ended up leaving. His father cared for him until he was about ten until he started to drink away his depression. He started to do drugs as well and became very abusive. He lost his job shortly after. His mother, luckily, provided for Ash for a far and even though he is grateful, he hates that she still left him there. He dropped out of school when he was seventeen and left his father and moved in with a man called Jack who was a family friend and a very close friend of Ash. Jack helped nurse Ash back to heath form all the abuse and put him in therapy shortly after. He gave Ash a job at his car shop, fixing cars and that's one of the reasons why he is now very muscular. Ash started smoking when he was eighteen and even though he has tried to quite, he can't.
Likes: Cars and anything to do with them, smoking, reading, astronomy
Dislikes: whips and very very sharp knives, water, small spaces, spikes, fire

Red stood at the crosswalk waiting for the signal for her to move forward. It was so odd to be told what to do- so plain. It bothered her how much she actually listened and payed attention. Sometimes, she wished she could just fade away without people realising she was gone. Unfortunately, that moment hadn't come yet, and he was stuck in a town that seemed to keep her own. The light turned green telling her to walk.

It was a typical late summer day outside: the sun was out and the wind was blowing the green, soon to be orange, tree branches around. Even with a few clouds and shade here and there, she still found herself internally complaining about how warm it was. As she made it to the other side of the street, she took a moment's rest in the shade. She was almost to the store. There, she'd pick up a few more supplies with the money she'd recently earned.

Ash had oil and grim on his body, his exposed chest smeared with it. He didn't mind, though as he was doing what he loved, fixing cars. He had a break in a minute or so and then Jack would take over until he was ready to go again. For some reason, he enjoyed the work more then he enjoyed the breaks. He couldn't pick why, probably because he could focus on the task at hand and not think about anything else.

he felt a nudge at his leg and he pushed himself out from under the car, smiling up at his mentor, long time friend and boss, Jack. They exchanged few words but Jack threw a small towel at him, telling him to clean off a little if he intended to go out. Alex just waved him off, taking a bottle of water and the towel outside the shop.

Red was careful with where she stepped, the sidewalk cracked quite a bit. Taking out her phone, she double checks her money. That should be enough… She walked with a purpose suddenly aware that there were people watching her. As she turned the corner, she could feel hear footsteps behind her. Of course, she knew how to hold her own, but that didn't stop her heart rate to pick up a little.

A quick glance behind her told her that two seemingly full grown men were walking not too far behind. She walked around town so much, it didn't bother her as much as it did other young girls, but she still made sure to pick up the pace a little. Just past the auto-shop….

Ash drained his water bottle, through the plastic on the floor without a care in the world. He rubbed the rag on his face, cleaning up the dirt and oil that lay there but didn't bother with his chest, he'd just shower after his work out later. He rested against the wall, pulling out a cigarette and lighting it. He took a hit, letting the smoke blow out slowly and carelessly. He ran a hand through his hair a second later, messing up the brown strands before taking another hit.

Red obviously did not have her size to her advantage, but she did, however, have agility. If needed, she could dart through a back road or something, quickly losing her tail that seemed to continuously be getting closer. Their steps were loud- they didn't seem to care if they were heard. In fact, after a few moments of her wondering of how close they were, she began to hear the calls.

"Hey, Missy! You lost?"

She ignored them and continued even faster now. Their chuckles seemed to echo through the street. No one seemed to be around, but with a quick glance she saw a man sitting on the steps smoking. She didn't necessarily trust him either.

Ash, through the cloud of smoke, noticed her and the men that were trailing her. He read the situation quickly, knowing those creeps wouldn't leave her alone until they got what they wanted. He quickly stomped out his cigarette, leaving his other things behind and jogged up to her, "Babe! I thought you were never going to show! Did you forget that my break started five minutes ago?" He said loud enough for the two to hear.

He stood behind her, almost like a shield between her and the men. He leaned in a little, looking like he was going to kiss her but instead muttered, "Just go with it, they'll leave you alone if they think you're with someone, especially a boyfriend."
