So im trying to send a private message to my friend and it's not working. I checked her username to make sure the spelling was right and everything, but it wont let me send the message. What's wrong???

Does your friend have any characters that aren’t letters or numbers in her username (like spaces, dashes, underscores, etc.)? These have been known to cause glitches with sending private messages.
