Should I foreign exchange?

If so which country do you think I should go to and which year of high school? I’ve researched some and most say sophomore year or junior year. Also how long should I stay?

I think that depends on what your professional project entails, if you have any. If you're interested in going to college to get a degree in languages studies, international relations or political sciences for example, you could go during a whole year.
