Starter prompts

So, I've got all of my characters, locations, and some form of perhaps maybe a plot going and to be brutally honest I have legitimately not the faintest clue where to begin. If anyone has any sort of starter prompts please feel free to share them. I have such a hard time starting stories in a way that makes logical sense, so any help at all would be appreciated.

What I do is look up writing prompts, and I typically go for ones that are numbered. I throw that in dice and roll to see what I get. Sometimes I'd list all characters I want to write about in a randomizer and see what top two or three is! c: Sure, some won't work out but eventually something will spark an inspiration and magic fingers.
