Story-Making Game [PLEASE JOIN]

This is where each post, you can use three words. Only. Each person use three words, and we make stories together. Example:
Post 1: One day there
Post 2: Lived a monster
Post 3: who liked apples
Etc, etc, etc…

I'll start:

Once upon a

nondescript Tuesday afternoon

there was a

girl walking down

a road made

out of mattresses

that smelled terrible

and saw a

giant lion standing

filing his nails

which were blue

and it was

loudly singing opera.

the girl was

amazed and terrified.

The lion

Paid no attention.

The girl hastily

lifted a mattress

grabbed a potato

and hurled them

at the lion's

furry yellow face

devouring it whole.
