Powers : Plasma bending and Teleportation, however he gets burned out easily
Super Hero/Villain name : Blackout
Short desc. of looks : Short spiky auburn hair, Bright Honey colored eyes, and Freckles all over his body
Background : Sean Wilson is a Super villain with the ability to bend plasma and phase energy (Teleportation) however, Sean is very weak and can only do it little at a time. Sean can be rude and brash, however after getting to know him, it's easy to see he's just making a living. Sean's freckles and hair glow purple when he is charging up or using his super powers.
