I have a dark fantasy Peter Pan story in the works, complete with Neverland (Purgatory), Limbo (fey realm), and a MC who is a sadistic nutcase… but I was going with the title PAN, but think maybe that's not the best?
Any one have any ideas for an awesome title?

Well, Pan is already a movie so I would suggest trying to find something else that works. Perhaps a pun on Neverland? Neverleave? Or something like 2nd star to Hell?
