Uikai plundered through a brush of bracken, her bobtail shaking from the cold wind

Magi was close behind

Her breath quicked, trying to escape magi, each of her paws like a flash of light, a blur not able to be seen

Uikai was bleeding and Magi couldn’t help herself. They were friends but Magi couldn’t stop her instincts

Uikai suddenly turned, her fangs showing, left hind oozing blood

Magi stoped and was able to put a magical barrier that blocked the smell of blood. She could control herself now. “I’m sorry, I lost control.”

Uikai: “This is why I don’t hang out with you anymore! Not to mention even come near you!!” She looked at her warily, her body shaking in fear and pain
