For my character, Max, all the hard, scary experiences she went through with her friend, Austin, made them both fall for eachother. Nothing brings people together like surviving near death experiences together.
What made your character fall for their romantic partner?

For my character, Luke, it was just because he likes the angry and soul of elderly old man, boring type.
For my character Roman was that Orion was just as scared as he was when he landed on the moon and that he is the first person other then his previous owner that showed him some kind of kindness
Jack fell for Emma first. It's a mild enemies-to-lovers trope. He hates her when she makes him help her escape the castle and tries to make the journey the worst for her, but slowly starts to see she's deeper and not as shallow as she seemed. She begins falling for him too, slowly and hesitantly. He confessed first and they began dating.

Jake has an innate need to help those who are in really difficult situations no matter the cost, plus the fact that Marcus is a bit of a loose cannon and could kill him if he makes the wrong move turns him on LMAO he loves playing with fire and Marcus embodies everything he should probabblyyyy stay away from but the tragedy they both found himself in def drew him in (more curiosity in the beginning before he became increasingly confused with what he felt (the feeling was love :))
Eliot fell for akos because he forced himself into his life (he's also never met a mage before and akos is canocially a pretty boy) akos also just does his best to help everyone even if they'd never do the same for him and once akos started opening up Eliot never stood a chance.
Akos fell for Eliot because he's kinda charismatic and never treated him any different even tho he's a mage and no one likes mages Eliot also helped him with whatever he need and was there for him when no one else had ever been there for him like that. (Neither of them stood a chance their both losers)
Sie: she fell for skee because he's confident and laid back. He understand what the people of her kingdom are going through better than he and he guided her and believed her and even help fuel her crazy theories which turned out to be true.
Skee: he fell for sie because she was so kind to everyone and everything. She treated everyone as equals in a world where everyone thought they were "better" than other races. She was always so open minded and stood up for what she believed in. She completely changed his world and the way he looked at things. How could he not fall in love with her?
