What's In Your Head? (Dystopian) (Semi-Closed?)

The year is 2099. The world is a grim place ruled by the androids, and a terrible, manipulative dictator, President Leta Blackmoor. Once glorious, London is now the center of chaos.

Our characters, who are mutants with special powers from radiation because plot, are humanity's only hope. Our characters find the courage to start a secret revolutionary organization called Seventh, made of only them and an android who became sentient and decided the world should be liberated.

However, their android companion activated their self destruct in an act to save the small group. Now, the last members of Seventh wander the world to find a superweapon capable of destroying the androids and ending Blackmoor's regime.

Backstory: Zoe was playing in her backyard with her older brother, Josh. She was happy. Then, President Blackmoor took Josh away from her to join her private military. It's been fourteen years now. Zoe's main reason to found Seventh with her friends was to find Josh. She knows he's still alive somewhere, and she'll kill to get him back.
Personality: Very witty, ruthless, condescending, arrogant, vain, and lusting for revenge. She has a very nearly unshatterable ego, and doesn't work very well with teams, rather with computers. However, her genius skills with tech make her an asset the team can't sacrifice, so they'll generally have to put up with her rudeness. She is quite fond of disguises. She loves chaos, as well as causing it. Zoe is often arrogant and impatient, taken to be rude towards all and showing no tolerance for stupidity. She has high confidence in herself and her abilities. She will use anyone to get what she wants, tearing them apart like a ripe pomegranate to get the little she needs from them. She will kill nearly anyone who stands in her way, seeing it as a nescessary sacrifice. A little evil, closer to the chaotic neutral spectrum. As a haughty psychopath and sociopath, she regards most as her inferiors, but will generally show a sliver more respect to those who she really likes. However, she does generally support the greater good, but her methods are mildly questionable. She possesses a genuine disregard for life and is often uninterested in how many people she doesn't know die at her hands, but will apologize and feel genuinely sorry if she hurts someone she cares about.
Powers: Psychic skills include: Telepathy, telekinesis, and hypnosis. She can also shapeshift and manipulate fire.
Talents: Computer skills, manipulation, hand to hand and ranged combat.
Flaws: Won't take no for an answer, doesn't do teamwork well, is a friggin psycho.

Backstory: Era grew up on the streets of Blackmoor's capital. She loved watching Blackmoor go about her glorious life, wishing she too was enjoying a rich and happy life. One day as a young girl Era was taken by the government and witnessed Blackmoor, herself, torture and experiment on innocent mutant children to learn more about their powers. Era realized that the world he had been watching was not as it seemed. She too was eventually tortured/ experimented and her powers manipulated by the dictator. After escaping, she vowed to avenge those unnamed children and bring a twisted regime down to it's knees. She began Seventh with the intention of saving those who had been wronged by the government and most especially Blackmoor.
Personality: Era is a raging ball of anger, sarcasm, and hatred. She can be quite stoic and quiet. A girl of very few words. She doesn't let anyone past her armor and shows very little affection for her team, although deep deep down she cares very much about them. Because of her mutation she's a weapons master. Quick to explosive anger, she's ready to fight anyone over anything. She has very little confidence in herself and her abilities. She loses control often because she doesn't feel worthy of the power that was given to her. However, she feels her mission is more important than her psychological issues so she works her hardest to be an asset for the team.
Powers: Her original power was metal manipulation but through the experimentation she has shown to have teleportation abilities as well as extreme strength/ healing and lighting control.
Talents: Weapons master (can pick up any weapon and know how to use it in extreme capacity), marksman, and espionage.
Flaws: Extreme apathy - she has a hard time connecting with people and understanding emotion.

Was rescued by the Avengers two years after he was enhanced. He was 14 years old when rescued. Joined the team at 15 since he had no legal guardian to stop him. Was unofficially adopted by Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow). After he turned sixteen he officially changed his name to Thomas Romanoff, but it changed to Thomas Barton after a bit (I'm sure you can figure out why) Clashes with Tony, but secretly admires him.
Lyrical Description: Tall and muscular with blonde hair in an undercut-style. Bright and icy blue eyes, almost unnatural.

Thomas was born to a mother and a sister in Sokovia, Russia. Both of them were killed in a terrible terrorist attack and Thomas struck out on his own at the age of eleven. Through different temporary homes and jobs he made his way to London by the time he was 16. He got a job and bought an apartment and was living a stable, normal life when radiation hit. His girlfriend was killed when the radiation somehow made its way into the apartment and he spent several hours in agony while two large scaly dragon wings sprouted from his back. Thomas joined the seven for revenge. Revenge for his lost family and girlfriend
