Okay, lemme break down the "sinnamon roll" thing for you guys. A Sinnamon roll is basically a person who looks like a cinnamon roll–for those of you who need a refresher course, a cinnamon roll is someone who is cute, smol, needs to be protected, innocent, etc–but is actually far from innocent, generally has a dirty mind, or at least knows more than they let on.
There is a second, sort of, version of a sinnamon roll which is the direct opposite of a "cinnamon roll." Someone who is very attractive, has a great body, you need to be protected from them, far from innocent, etc.
So yeah, it's generally used either way, leaning more towards the first definition. Hope this helps! ^-^
