Writing tips?

I need some tips for writing characters, like how they feel, I have a hard time putting feelings into words

One of the greatest tips I've ever received is this: when you write their feelings, don't write feelings. If your character feels like throwing something, have them throw something without saying how they feel. Just figure out what they feel, and record their actions without any descriptions of their internal goings-on. Your readers are probably smart enough to infer what your character(s) are feeling.
