Discussions, recommendations, and ideas about all types of Young Adult books!

I recommend the Fablehaven series for anyone who likes Harry Potter.

I recommend The Queen's Rising and Red Queen. They are full of plot twists, and Red Queen has many cliff hangers. I can't wait for the sequel of The Queen's Rising!

Addison

The Eye of Minds and its following books are what I recommend! :)

I recommend the Medoran Chronicles by Lynette Noni. It's for people who are a fan of fantasy with a sci-fi twist.

Both Throne of Glass and A Court of Thorns and Roses are AMAZING. THEY ARE MY LIFE! They are both fantasy and VERY well written. The author of both is Sarah J. Maas.

The Lunar Chronicles by Marrissa Meyer is super good!! I also recommend Hope Was Here and any other books by Joan Bauer. Scythe is really good, too.

Thanks everyone! I'm in this weird phase where I'm obsessed with the creepy circus-vibe books. If you feel the same I recommend Caraval and Girl on a Wire :)

Ooh Caraval was pretty good! I was kinda let down by the ending though, and haven't really gotten around to reading the sequel.
Also, since you mentioned creepy circus vibe I feel like "Sleight" by Jennifer Sommersby fits into that category.

So this one is less of a creepy circus thing (dw I wont judge) but more of a thrilling mystery. It's called we were liars, you've probably seen it around libraries and bookstores it's relatively new. I fell in love. The plot twist had me shaking for days. Completely unpredictable.

I recommend Splintered by AG Howard on of my favorite books, it has a little bit of everything.

I recommend The Selection series for anyone who likes YA Dystopian. It's by Kiera Cass. It's a really beautiful story. One of my favorites.
