Alright, I'm not the best with constructive criticism, but I'll try:
First off, I'm just going to say that I love this picture. The shading is impressive, especially on the car seat, the background is well drawn but not distracting, the anatomy is good (then again I haven't looked at or drawn a boy in years so maybe I don't know what they look like), and the ship itself is pretty cute. I did notice a few things though, the most crucial being the awkwardly stiff posing. I struggle with this myself, especially in traditional art where I can't mirror the canvas as easily. To help with this, I'd recommend using a ton of references (if you can't find a reference for the pose you're looking for, try making one with DesignDoll or Magic Poser), drawing loose anatomy sketches (preferably daily), and of course, practice. Another thing I noticed is the shading is nonexistent on the guy's outfits and hair. This is an easy fix, just erase some minor highlights and call it good, it's not a huge deal and too much shading in a style as simplistic and anime-like as yours might look odd. There are a few other things (the mouths being too low, the lack of shape in one girl's hair, the hand that looks like a bite taken out of the seat, the blushes being too low on multiple characters, etc) but they're mostly small things that I wouldn't really focus too hard on, at least not in this picture. Despite all that, I still really like the drawing. I can clearly see your improvement from earlier sketches, and tbh you draw boys and scenes with multiple characters way better than I do
