Val tried to stay focused on the man but glanced around her at the other. The temperature surrounding her had dropped slightly.
Hush swallowed and held still as the man glared around, clearing his throat again. The other kids refused to shut up. A toddler wailed in the middle of the room.

Ben drags Cage to the far back wall with him and stands still. Cage gulps and stares at the screaming toddler.
Gee, he must be scared.
The man snaps his fingers, once, twice.
Val slowly moved to the back corner of the room as she kept her eyes on the man.

Two girls walk forward. The first hits the kid with the butt of her gun, the second drags her to a closet. The man smiles proudly. "Good evening. Welcome to Camp Unnaturale. You are here because you are dangerous and a threat to everyone around you. You will be spending the rest of your lives here, along with others of your kind. There are only two rules at Camp Unnaturale: Do whatever we tell you to, and do not use your gifts at any time. Failure to follow these rules will result in relocation to Camp Preternaturale, where the more dangerous unnaturals are held. That will be all for now. Follow your instructors to your rooms."

Ben pulls Cage closer protectively and holds him tightly. He glares at the man and grits his teeth.
Cage grabs onto Ben and hides his face in his shoulder, not really wanting to see the man threatening them.
