"No killing." said Aiday authoritatively.
Aiday looked at all the group. "If you have a home to go to, please go there. If not…" She wavered, "Maybe you can stay here?"
Stardew, Trouble, and Foxglove glanced at each other. "We have a home to go to … it's just that we're pretty far from it. If you don't mind we'll just sleep on the ground out here. We're used to this kind of roughing it," Stardew said at last. (Assume that Stardew's already eaten the piece of fruit & Foxglove's still searching his backpack.)
"Listen, don't cause any trouble and I might be able to find a place for you on the floor," Guinevere mentioned to the group. "Master bedroom is all mine, though. I found it earlier, and despite the roof leaking near my toes, it's actually really comfy."
Aiday nodded at her, "Thanks."
"Floor's just fine," Stardew said. "We don't take up a lot of room."
“I will go with you,” Aiday offered.
"I know for a fact that one bedroom is being taken up by Jessup or whatever his name is. He's got a shotgun and someone else he's guarding, but we just kinda walked past him, so I assume he won't be much trouble," Guinevere said, yawning. "G'night, y'all. Don't die, and don't leave a mess if you do."
(I've edited this so much I've given up let's move on)
“You sleep,” Aiday told them. “Raven and I will watch. We will wake you when it is time for us to sleep.”
The Alnaschari bowed acquiescence, threw their packs down, and fell asleep with the ease of people who had long practice sleeping and coming awake at the drop of a hat, their packs serving as their pillows, swords against their chests, ever ready even in the realm of sleep.
“Really?” she said surprised. “Interesting. I do not need much sleep myself. I shall stay with you.”
Stardew said, without opening her eyes, "You know that we don't need much sleep either."
They started to walk. “Tell me about yourself.” she said.
They heard Stardew's brief laugh as they left before she slept again.
“I’m a god.” she said quietly, her long hair swishing around her hands.
“I’m no great deity,” she said quietly. “Nothing powerful. But I can heal people if they are not too badly injured. I can bring good luck. And I’m almost impossible to kill.”
“It depends on who my parents are,” she whispered.
