She moved her cake back onto the table and sat up, intertwining her fingers in his. She wasn't good at comforting others–that was never her job–so she just held his hand in an attempt of silent comfort.

She snorted and moved so she was leaning against him. "No. Just regular humans. Y'know, I have Cleisiophobia–or whatever the fuck the doctors called it–because of them. Fear of being locked in an enclosed space. It's mostly underground for me. Basements, closets, whatever they could use to keep me out of the sunlight."
