I don’t think he’s an Anti-Sue. He seems very complex and well thought out. I suggest trying another Mary Sue quiz and seeing how he scores on that one.
Your character looks great! Here's some advice though: don't worry about your characters being sues. If You are concerned about it, chances are they are probably not sues. It's important to develop the characters the way you want them, and not preoccupy yourself with the fear of the sue singularity.
