How do you make characters and universes public?

Alright so to make a page public, first find the page and click the sharing button. (It should be next to the edit button and it's the shape of three connected dots.) A popup will appear and there's a slider thing which lets you choose if you want the page to be private or public. If you click it, it does exactly as it says, it makes the page private or public.

If you make a universe public, all the characters, locations, items, and other things in that universe will be public. In order to share just a few of the things, you have to just share the character or language or whatever. (I'm so good at explaining things!)
