Naming characters! Fun!

THE TITLE IS THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT'S HAPPENING IT IS NOT FUN IT'S-I mean it's kind of fun, but it's frustratinggg.
Anyway, I need some names for a male character. Preferably Mediterranean, though Celtic is okay, too.
For some background info on the character:
He's a serving boy who gets involved in a quest, and is one of the main characters. He's a staunch believer in 'the universe works in mysterious ways' or fate and destiny, that kind of stuff. He also dies in one of the later books (spoilers).
Any help is appreciated.
And for all you other writers looking into this discussion for naming help as well, I use name generators such as TheForge and Dragon's mark. I hope that helps :)

Pablo, Micheal, Spiro/Spyro, Stavros.

Look up celtic names that mean something, like "Celtic name meaning destiny" or something like that relating to the character's personality or abilities. It can even be good foreshadowing if you can find a name to possibly relate to his eventual death, or something like that. That's what I do with my character names.
