One was able to escape with help (on the terms that they’d never, ever be able to set foot in Shivha’s kingdom ever again or at least under her knowledge) about 175 years before the main story.
The other bested Shivha in combat about 200 years before the main story.
Despite both of those events taking place centuries ago, Shivha has not recovered from either of them. Recovered her pride from them, I mean.
Molniya is born a lightning dragon since the beginning of his universe when it started with only chaos. More than 6000 years later, long after his twelve dragon sons created the universe and world, he awakens from his slumber and takes on the form of a vampire with the power of a rainbow gemstone pendant. Molniya's longtime status as a divinity lessened the more he spends time with mortals on the planet, but he is still the dragon vampire who has lived for more than 6000 years and possesses devastating electrical powers.
