What's wrong with real world? It's their story anyway, they can do whatever they want and what they feel is right.

I don't romanticise. That's one thing I cannot do. Real-world is how it works and the only people who'll read this are people who are old enough to understand not everything is cupcakes and roses

In my DND campaign, I ((accidentally)) gave my favorite NPC an incurable disease that will absolutely kill him in three days.

Bro, Jensen, I’m not like, hating on them for having something so real world, I personally just don’t do it often (I’ve done it before and regretted it, actually). So it was just me an my opinion getting in the way.

Worst thing i've ever done to a character was make them be born blind, then lose their parents and be adopted by someone else, their health decay over time to the point where they cough up blood when exhausting themselves. Later on they lose what was left of their powers and their emotional security. It actually pains me to do this to them since they're my favorite child of them all :'))
