Rantaro smiled " love you "

"How do you love me? I haven't even gotten a chance to steal your heart!"

" because, you've already done it! You and your cute face, your adorable laugh, the lost goes on." He said

"How do I steal your heart by merely existing? It doesn't make much sense when I'm just that weird kid in multiple clubs. I guess it's a stupid, though. My heart was yours the moment I saw you.."

" then I guess it's love at first sight then."

"Who knows? Anyways…I'm gonna practice for the show tonight.. I know it's a few hours from now, but…" He began to walk away, hoping the other would just let him do things despite how often he seems to work on things..

" okay!" He said and got busy cleaning.

Kokichi ended up practicing for hours on end, not doing anything but that until it was time for the show.

"And it's show time! Have fun watching!" He smiled at the other before going backstage as it was all about to start.

Rantaro winked at watched from the sideline

The play ended up being successful, and Kokichi performed wonderfully, as he always did. He was right about the play feeling real to those in the audience. Once all was said and done, he went back to Rantaro.

"Well, that was fun…!" He smiled, worn out, but otherwise happy.

" yeah, so. What's supposed to make me red?"

"Really? I thought my charm worked on everyone!"

" some people are harder to please,"

"But you already love me! I guess I just can't get you to blush.." He sighed.

" there's a few things you could do, but I wouldn't try them. " He chuckled and nuzzled the other.

"I have no idea what you're implying, but I'm just gonna say it.. I think you win this.. There's no way I'm making you blush.."

Rantaro laughed.

"I-it's not funny…! Why is it funny to you…?"

" because, now I get to make you blush all I want, " he smiled and kissed kokichi

"I-I never said that…!" He hated just how much the other made him blush. He loved the other, and he knew he did, but he refused to admit it just in case he did something that would cause the other to leave him.

Rantaro gave a soft smile, " i.love.you. kokichi." He said softly and picked up the other spinnig him around

"Yeah, let's see if you still love me in three or so days…" He didn't want to risk getting close to someone just for them to leave, so he was just making sarcastic remarks to almost everything Rantaro said.

" I will. There's nothing you could do, I'm thick headed ya know?"

"It wouldn't surprise me if you just up and left one day. I'm annoying to deal with.."

" Im never going to leave. " He said and stuck his tongue out

"You say that now, but you have no idea how annoying I am to deal with… I don't think you'll last even three days trying to get me to love you before you give up and realize loving me was a mistake…"

" that a challenge?" He said and smirked

"Of course it's a challenge, and good luck. You'll need it."

" doubt that" he said and walked to his dorm.
