Trenton’s gaze flicked from Bren to Angel, a bit intimidated. “Thank you for the hospitality. If you don’t mind me asking, how do you know Blair?”
Lydia shot a dark glare in Trent’s direction.
"Oh! We were some of the only people who would talk to the poor boy." Angel started, Bren rolling his eyes before he started talking. "No one wanted to talk to, quote, the disfigured thing of insanity, unquote."
Lydia raised her eyebrows again.
“We have… met briefly. He has proven himself to be difficult.” Trenton replied stiffly, rubbing the spot on his head where Blair had tapped him with his staff.
“Understatement.” Lydia muttered.
"Mhm, he can be a bit difficult to handle… He faced some… Trauma, when he was arriving here and that makes him a bit… Unpredictable…" Bren explained, pausing a few times.
Yes, he explained that. Rather aggressively I might add.” Trenton looked at Bren, a little confused on how he had managed to get on Blair’s good side.
“Trauma doesn’t give you the right to nearly murder people.” Lydia said, impulsively.
“Don’t be rude.” Trent sent Lydia a scathing look, scolding her lightly.
"Hm, he wouldn't murder anyone. He may be a bit violent, but he wouldn't hurt a human." Angel said, tilting his head and giving an unnerving stare to both of them.
“I’m not being rude, I’m telling the truth. Nearly everybody here has experience some sort of trauma, and how many of us have almost murdered somebody?”
“I apologize.” Trenton looked at Angel. “We’ve both a rather unpleasent experience today.”
“Yeah, no freaking kidding.”
"Probably all of you, almost everyone has had mental episodes where they have almost or have harmed someone. Blair being the son of the god of insanity just makes those episodes worse." Bren said, giving them a stare that's a bit colder then his usual one.

“NOTHING gives you the right to attempt to kill somebody when they’ve done nothing wrong!” Lydia said, trying extremely hard not to yell.
Trenton immediately sensed the tension and tensed up. “Perhaps we should go, Lydia.”
"The real question is if you did do something wrong? People have a certain view of themselves that they are convinced they fit into."
I’m going to have to fight, aren’t I? Trenton sighed a little at the thought. “We Can just wait to eat with everyone else. Lydia, come on, we both need some extra rest.”
“They don’t own the kitchen, Trent.” Lydia said, not taking her eyes off of Bren.
