Still, the music continued. Houston practiced until his fingers formed blisters - then they bled, but Houston wouldn't stop. His neck and arms were strained to the point of utter exhaustion, but he kept playing past midnight.

Riseley heard Houston playing angsty viola music from his room again and checked him from the peephole in the cabin door. Seeing the look on his face, they decided to leave them alone to brood

If you want to stay fine, just understand that you can't write stories based on others rps. That would be plagiarism, which is illegal. I might not be planning on writing a book off of this, but it is still my intellectual property and idea.)

The ship set sail on it's course to Pearl. It would be a long week at sea, hopefully nothing bad happened. Though Houston's playing was getting slightly insufferable. She should have taken the viola away,
Finally, Houston stopped, dropping in exhaustion onto his bed, viola dropping to his side.

With a contented sigh, Orion lounges on his bunk, stretching languidly. Bare feet meeting the deck as he stands, the blue eyed man pulls his brown hair back into a harsh ponytail. Walking up to the top deck, he looks around, content to be surrounded by waves and the wind. Leaning on the railing, he watches the ocean swells, feeling at ease at sea more than he ever did on shore.

Cicada was relieved as the playing stopped. She walked around the ship doing double checks on the rigging and the ships direction. Maps may not be her strong suit, but being on the open sea she could tell exactly where they were. The wind whipped her ponytail into her face, with a resigned sigh she wrapped it up into a high bun. It wasn't as comfortable, but it was much nicer than having hair in her face.
Josiah was immersed in a cold world of the tundras up north - life bloomed around him abundantly, but the life there was cold. His shoes crunched in the snow, and he saw a stem of lavender growing next to a tree. He caressed the petals as he would a newborn child - something that people would never expect him to do - but he was snapped out of the vision by something smacking his face. He sat up, and held up a green leaf. It had carried over the sea, right into his trapdoor. What coincidence. Life usually shied away from him, as much as he tried to love it.
Hearing the tell-tale walk of the captain behind him, Orion calls out to her with a grin. "How are you doin Cap'n? Fine mornin to be out on deck." As he speaks, he idly runs his fingers over the rail of the ship, loving how the ship has been worn smooth by sand and water.
"It is indeed Orion," Cicada grinned as she walked up next to him, "I'm as well as I can. How are you doing?"
Josiah heard two voices talking from down below. Peering down his trapdoor, he found Orion and Cicada talking on deck. He pulled his sweaters tighter around him. It was so cold out at sea, with a naked breeze running along the tops of the waters, nothing to stop it.
With a shrug he turns his gaze to her. "Eh, better than usual, still can' believe what happened las' night. Probably shouldave gone with ya. Apologies for not, by the way." With an easy smile that crinkles the scars on his cheeks, he moves to once again face the water.
Josiah shook his head at them and shut the trapdoor. He couldn't stand Orion's accent, and no matter how cold it got they all seemed to be wearing loose clothing. They had problems. He retreated back to his nature apparation, sleeping curled up next to a lovely-smelling pine tree.
"Don't remind me of last night," her head hung over the water. She let out a sigh, "It most definitely would've gone better with you. Though I understand why ya didn't. You'll definitely be in the Pearl diplomatic team."
