Ugh. Basically the way I see it is:
Pan: attraction regardless of gender. They can be equally attracted to anyone.
Bi: Has preferences but can still feel attraction to anyone?
Poly: Feels attraction to some but not all genders. So like they may not be attracted to, say, men.
