Last night I stayed up till 2:30 am to help a friend. But then I didn't go to bed till 4 because insomnia and depression. So I slept 3.5 hours!
But it's okay because I took a 4 hour nap this afternoon! That's all I did. 1:40-5:40

I only got two hours…
