Thing is- I HAVE NO CLUE. I did something last night before I went to bed and it hurt for hours. I went to bed (finally) fell asleep and woke up in more pain then I went to bed with.

Why?
Because, I had an orchestral performance today and I: 1) Forgot my music, 2) Forgot my bow, 3) Tripped onstage, 4) Got a hand cramp during the performance, and 5) made a bunch of stupid mistakes.
Everyone makes mistakes. And you learned not to make them again.
I can't help making those mistakes. I won't know if I'll ever make them again. Learning not to make mistakes means nothing if you can't control it. But thanks anyway, Ehpie. :)
