My chior teacher keeps us until 6 p.m for every rehearsal leading up to the concert. Every song, every dance, over and over and over again under the hot stage lights with no food, water, or bathroom for 2 hours. There is. No. Stop. My voice is always hoarse and sore, my muscles are killing me from dancing, and my spirit, soul, and all willpower is completely. drained.
We once got a silver medal on ISSMA chior competitions and she freaking threw it out. She said, "in this room I only display gold trophies."

That's wrong on soooo many levels.

I know. Like I said, she's a firecracker. You don't wanna be on her bad side. She's nice to me and my friends and we always do well on dancing and singing, so she puts us in front row for concerts and competitions. Which is more stress. But kinda fun.
