I actually was going to recommend this (im a whore for aloe I literally put it on everything), as a natural remedy, but it sounds like it's spreading so you made need something a bit more fast acting and powerful. (forgive me aloe)

Firstly– STOP SCRATCHING
Secondly– hot compress. This should bring the thingie causing the irritation to the surface of your skin so it can be dealt with. and it feels so niiiiiiiiiiiiiice
Thirdly– take an antihistamine or use cream. this will relieve any allergies. rub in thoroughly
Fourthly– an anti itch cream to relieve the urge to itchy itchy
