I always add it to a character page and then copy the image, then paste the link into a comment
If it’s from the web I just copy image link and paste it directly into a message
I can't figure it out. It's okay, just shows my age XD

If in doubt, andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) revealed the other day another way to do it. And, you don’t have to upload it to a Notebook page beforehand, as long as the link you copy/paste is compatible with Notebook.
