U know the story of Adam and Eve and how they ate the fruit that they weren't supposed to?
That's called the original sin, and everyone apparently has it, so when a catholic is born, the have to be christened to get rid of that sin.

religion seems overly restrictive sometimes to me. my Bestie is Apostolic, where the women have to wear skirts and are forbidden to cut their hair. me, I believe in God and the Trinity and all that… but im not gonna let that stuff control me. heck, for all I know everyone is deceiving themselves and there is no nothing by way of gods or greater powers. but I think there is probably a God, so I believe, occasionally pray. not much though.

personally, i go to church and all that stuff, but honestly, i don't really care enough to follow any retractions ya'know like, suit, short hair, getting my ears pierced twice. that kinda stuff. i guess i don't have too many restrictions tho, ig.
