I LOVE ALIENS

@CWTurtleOfFreedom

WELL IT DEPENDS ON THEIR INTENTIONS BUT YEAH ME TOO

@kat_i_am

OKAY BUT EVEN IF THEY'RE EVIL THEY'RE STILL COOL! MANTIS SHRIMP ARE LIL MONSTERS BUT THEY'RE RAD AND HONESTLY KINDA DUMB! Plus we're also just so limited in our definition of life because like, we're carbon based lifeforms and so is pretty much everything else on our planet but like silicon-based lifeforms are a total possibility because they can form 4 bonds just like carbon can so THERE'S JUST SO MANY POSSIBILITIES

@CWTurtleOfFreedom

IKR ITS SO AMAZING

Yeah sigh
to bad you need math to get there

@kat_i_am

honestly mood

@kat_i_am

also you gotta be in shape if you wanna go to space and I only started exercising this week bc I'm finally out of school. I haven't exercised for real (my 6 min bike ride to school doesn't count) since the fall when I was in marching band

@kat_i_am

so ya girl isn't gonna be going to space anytime soon

@CWTurtleOfFreedom

Story of my life

@kat_i_am

they should just make really good virtual reality things so it feels like we're floating in space surrounded by stars and planets and all that good stuff, even though we're still on earth

Yeah that'd be rad

@CWTurtleOfFreedom

Totally

@kat_i_am

okay I have two scifi related questions. One, do y'all watch Voltron, and two, thoughts on dark matter?

@CWTurtleOfFreedom

Nope, i do not watch Voltron

Tbh i have very limited knowledge on dark matter

Same.

Same

@kat_i_am

okay voltron is so rad I bet you would all love it
And I know a bit on black matter (I watched a documentary called dark universe about it once at a science museum) and I read an astrophysics book (Astrophysics for people in a hurry, Neil DeGrasse Tyson) so I know a little bit. Essentially, there's not enough /stuff/ in space to be holding the universe together, so we think there's gotta be a thing called dark matter holding it all together (cause matter/mass has gravity), but it's dark so we can't see it.
I gtg for a while, my battery is about to die, but I'll be back either later or tomorrow

@CWTurtleOfFreedom
