You may want to read articles before linking them. "Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a developmental disorder" not a mental illness. A search of the page gives zero mentions of the phrase "mental illness". Don't try to tell about myself. I'm not going to reply again.

Okay I’d prefer you don’t. It’s a mental illness that just like others, develops. I’ve had doctors tell me about it, I had to sit through a mental illness class.

I'm sorry this happened, but misconceptions can be very damaging.

Advice wise, maybe your preference would be towards something between traditional masculine and feminine? You don't have to align perfectly to someone else's ideals. It sounds to me like body euphoria without social dysphoria. (And this is controversial to say, but some people grow out of it and some don't, so if it's not being going on for very long it's probably worth waiting to see if it persists before making any conclusions.)
