Hey no, if that's your reason for leaving then I don't think it's a good idea. I'm not trying to force you to stay or anything–it's your decision at the end of the day–but I think we'd all be more worried if you left on that note. It sure wouldn't make us feel better, at least. And besides, it doesn't matter whether we deserve 'better' or not…..you deserve better, and that's why we're still here trying to help. Don't you worry about us, okay?

We currently have the best that there is, and that's you. You are an amazing person who always speaks their mind. You are the kind of person who could insult someone and still make it sound extremely level-headed. It's your decision. But, if your only reason is that you think that we deserve more, you're wrong.
