There is a christian blog(ish) site called Fellowship & Fairydust.
There are a lot of essays and fanfiction on various fandoms (Star Wars, LOTR, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Disney, etc.) and original poetry and fiction. I have found some very awesome fanfic on there.
