Ive stepped on both and both are not fun but being stabbed in the foot may be more unfun especially pulling the needle back out

Legos may hurt, but I'm used to stepping on then 24/7. My brother has them everywhere. Needles are worse since they actually pierce the skin and you have to pull them back out. And the fact that I have a phobia of them makes it 10x worse than a Lego.
