hot water with lemon, honey, or both is my go to. I love Ricola cough drops, and also heat up some water put it in a bowl and breath the steam, it's healing to your voice. I'd suggest talking to your voice teacher if you have one or watching some Youtube videos about how to expand your range without hurting yourself to if you want.

Thanks :) I want to be a better actress and singer so bad but I live in the middle of nowhere. The high school theater club/class of my school is honestly the worst. Our director is really nice but he doesn't do much, he just kind of lets everybody run wild and doesn't really help anybody with acting or singing so nothing really gets done. And the nearest musical teacher is about an hour and a half away from my house.

My voice isn't that great to begin with. I've been trying to improve and I guess it's working because the last musical I was in I was supposed to belt out a really high note during a song and I was the only one who could do it so I got the part lol

I hate when that's the case I'm sorry, my advice is read as much as you can and watch as much as you can on youtube/ classic films

I mean I'll notice a problem with my singing/acting, but I'm not sure how to describe it. I'm completely self taught so I don't know technical stuff, and I'm starting to run into problems that I don't know how to fix.

And yeah you have to make an account with wordpress/gravatar. Set it up with the same email you used for notebook.ai and set a profile picture for your wordpress account. After a little bit it should automatically sync with your notebook.ai account

To change your profile pic you go to your creator profile, click on your picture (in your case the gray with white person shape) Then something should pop up that says Profile pictures are powered by Gravatar, using the email you provided in your account settings. For the prettiest profile, please use an avatar at least 250 pixels wide. Click on the word Gravatar. It should then bring you to a site (https://en.gravatar.com/) idk if you can skip to here or not. Scroll down to the blue button that says Create Your Own Gravatar click that. Create an account. Then there should be something that says add image import an image. select the image once you imported it and hit confirm You should be able to go to you creator profile and see your new profile pic. I did this on a computer, I think it will also be the same on a mobile device. I hope this helped.
