Marching Band People

I was so excited for this year, I was co-woodwind section leader with one of my best friends.

Well boiz….it’s that time again

I fucking wish it was.

My season has been straight up cancelled.

It’s my senior year.

Excuse me while I cry (even though I’ve known this for a while).

So apparently we are playing at football games and I just got told we have our first one in three weeks and the amount of serotonin that just hit me is insane

Next Tuesday I have my first practice!!!

I still do not understand how I am gonna play my flute with a mask on

They seriously had solutions for all the other instruments and then for us they were just like “flutes….figure it out”
And honestly, disappointed but not surprised

Honestly, mood. All the other instruments the Band director is like
"Oh you need help with this music here let me do all of this" and with flutes it's like,
" You're high schoolers, figure out these rhythms by your self."
