So-But Stories (Forum Game)

We start out with a sentence, like "Once, a girl bought a piano."
Then the next person says something that starts with "but"
"But she didn't know how to play."
Then you add a "so"
"So she signed up for lessons."
"But she couldn't afford them."
And so on.

Once, a guy walked along a sidewalk.

But he tripped on his laces

So he bent down and tied them.

But they were frayed

So he decided to go buy some new ones.

But the store was out

So he called his friend and asked if they had a spare.

But his friend was dead

But the corpse couldn't speak

So he went to a witch doctor.

So they planned to get married.

But then the apocalypse came

So the boy ate the witch-doctor

But the boy still died of hunger since the doctor was practically a twig

So the boys spirit rose above and haunted the area

But there was a little spider in the area

(I'm listening to a song about a boy eating a spider… I hate it yet it's been my favorite song for three days now)
But he got food poisoning despite being a ghost

So he went to the witch doctors spirit for help

But she was slightly bitter after he killed her

But they were all dead

So he went to a Demon

But all of them dies in the Apocolypse

So the evil spider sacrificed himself to fix the world, but with billions of evil spooders
