It just had a drumroll for like a minute straight and the screen had all the family members and said “choose who dies” but I couldn’t choose who dies. Not that I wanted anyone to die, I was hoping I wouldn’t have to choose but then I figured I had to so I tried all of them but it wouldn’t let me click on any of them? Which makes sense it’s a YouTube video, but still that really lacked an actual ending

If I remember correctly, they made separate endings in separate videos. I had the same thing when I first watched it and saw one of the ending videos pop up watching Black Friday.
