I slept relatively well for not taking the other nighttime medicine I take. Now I’m only on a over the counter medication for sleep, and now I can control my dreams. The other one I took lowered my blood pressure and was making me way to tired, so when I stopped taking it my blood pressure improved which is good, because I have naturally low blood pressure from my father.
